<p style="text-align: justify; ">Vendredi dernier, la mise en ligne du TOP 100 des influenceurs du Web au Qu&eacute;bec m&#39;a valut plusieurs commentaires, certains positifs, mais aussi quelques-uns plus acerbes. Certains sp&eacute;cialistes des m&eacute;dias sociaux se sont tout d&#39;abord object&eacute;s du manque de rigueur des algorithmes d&#39;&eacute;valuation propos&eacute;s par <em>Klout</em>, et m&ecirc;me <em>Empire Avenue</em>. Soulevant, avec justesse, que certains crit&egrave;res se basent encore trop sur un rapport quantitatif (le poids des <em>followers</em> engag&eacute;s), au d&eacute;triment d&#39;une analyse qualitative comme il se devrait, ils ont remis en question la pertinence d&#39;une telle liste. <p style="text-align: justify; ">Je n&#39;ai jamais pr&eacute;tendu que les m&eacute;thodes de mesure de <em>Klout </em>(bas&eacute;e sur 35 variables), ni m&ecirc;me celle d&#39;<em>Empire Avenue</em>, &eacute;taient parfaites. Au contraire, &agrave; travers mes plus r&eacute;cents billets, je d&eacute;fends plut&ocirc;t le point de vue contraire, en soutenant qu&#39;il n&#39;existe pas de m&eacute;thode infaillible pour &eacute;valuer, et d&eacute;terminer, qui peut, ou non, pr&eacute;tendre &ecirc;tre un expert des m&eacute;dias sociaux (Voir billet : <em>Il n&#39;existe pas d&#39;experts en m&eacute;dias sociaux</em>). Le Web social est en pleine effervescence avec les r&eacute;seaux qui se multiplient, et les outils technologiques qui &eacute;voluent &agrave; une vitesse folle. Personne ne peut pr&eacute;tendre ma&icirc;triser parfaitement chacun des aspects, sinon que de pouvoir partager ses observations.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Or, depuis un certain temps, on voit se profiler une tendance lourde de mon&eacute;tisation des influenceurs du Web par les marketeurs et les responsables de marques. Est-ce qu&#39;on devra attendre qu&#39;ils nous imposent leur propre liste, bas&eacute;e uniquement sur le nombre de <em>followers</em>, de <em>tweets</em> et autres <em>rumeurs</em> dans la blogosph&egrave;re?&nbsp;</p>

On peut tr&egrave;s bien les critiquer, et je vous invite &agrave; le faire en vous adressant directement aux responsables du site. &Ccedil;a ne pourra qu&#39;am&eacute;liorer encore davantage l&#39;algorithme&#8230;&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Or, en une semaine, ce m&ecirc;me algorithme a jou&eacute; &agrave; mon avantage.&nbsp;Depuis la publication de ma premi&egrave;re liste, ma cote d&#39;<em>influenceur</em> est pass&eacute;e de 49 &agrave; 57&#8230; r&eacute;sultats <em>Klout</em> score &agrave; l&#39;appui (voir <em>RaymondMorinV2</em>), me faisant passer de la 49i&egrave;me position, &agrave; la 23i&egrave;me!!!??? &Agrave; priori, est-ce que &ccedil;a prouve que je suis devenu pour autant un expert des m&eacute;dias sociaux? Absolument pas!&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Sinon, que cette liste d&eacute;montre deux choses :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">* qu&#39;avec des contenus qui rejoignent les utilisateurs, int&eacute;gr&eacute;s dans une planification strat&eacute;gique bien orchestr&eacute;e, il est possible de cr&eacute;er un <em>buzz</em> efficace autour d&#39;une marque, ou d&#39;un produit, en se servant des m&eacute;dias sociaux. M&ecirc;me pour un professionnel&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">* quoiqu&#39;on en dise, les listes et les palmar&egrave;s auront toujours la cote, et suscitent toujours la curiosit&eacute;. Surtout de ceux qui s&#39;y trouvent&#8230; ou non&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; ">Alors, tout juste avant de quitter pour deux semaines de vacances bien m&eacute;rit&eacute;es, je vous propose, une r&eacute;cente r&eacute;vision du classement du TOP 50 (en date du 30 novembre 2010), en deux tranches, en commen&ccedil;ant par le TOP 25.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Tout d&#39;abord, en une semaine, il y a eu d&#39;importants mouvements dans le s&eacute;lect TOP 25 : notamment, avec martinlessard, qui passe de la 24i&egrave;me &agrave; la 12i&egrave;me, et e_veilleur, qui saute de la 12i&egrave;me &agrave; la 8i&egrave;me. Sans oublier le <em>Network</em> de guglielminetti qui passe de 74 &agrave; 97&#8230;!!!&nbsp;</p>

Ce n&#39;est pas tant pour la consultation gratuite que pour l&#39;appellation d&#39;&laquo;expert&raquo;&#8230;</span></span></span></b></font></p>

Par ailleurs, je ne connais encore personne qui puisse vraiment pr&eacute;tendre &agrave; ce titre. Comme la plupart des internautes actifs, je surfe d&rsquo;une d&eacute;couverte &agrave; l&rsquo;autre, et j&rsquo;exp&eacute;rimente d&rsquo;une application &agrave; l&rsquo;autre. &Agrave; la vitesse acc&eacute;l&eacute;r&eacute;e qu&rsquo;&eacute;mergent les nouvelles applications et les nouveaux outils du Web, il faudrait effectuer une veille technologique de 24 heures sur 24 pour rester sur la vague. </span></span></span><span lang="FR" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial;<br />

Paru r&eacute;cemment dans le journal <a href="http://www.lesaffaires.com/secteurs-d-activite/medias-et-communications/tim-baker--il-n-y-a-pas-d-experts-en-medias-sociaux/520380"><span style="color:#0006EE">Les Affaires</span></a> (13 au 19 nov. 2010), le billet de Martine Turenne r&eacute;sume d&#39;ailleurs parfaitement mon point de vue &agrave; ce sujet. La journaliste y cite Tim Baker (CEO FD Kinesis) qui affirme <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:<br />
normal">&laquo;Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;experts en m&eacute;dias sociaux&raquo;</i>. Un avis que semblent partager plusieurs sp&eacute;cialistes&nbsp;; ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;apr&egrave;s 15-20 ans d&rsquo;exp&eacute;riences sur le terrain, en premi&egrave;re ligne, que l&rsquo;on pourrait vraiment d&eacute;terminer &nbsp;si un professionnel a atteint un certain niveau d&rsquo;expertise. Et, pourtant, m&ecirc;me s&#39;il n&#39;a jamais enseign&eacute; &agrave; l&#39;universit&eacute;, &ccedil;a n&#39;aura jamais emp&ecirc;ch&eacute; le Prof S&eacute;guin de faire rayonner les sciences aupr&egrave;s d&#39;un tr&egrave;s large public&#8230;</span></span></span></b></font></p>

Et, si je me fie aux commentaires re&ccedil;us, c&rsquo;est ce que semblent aussi rechercher une grande majorit&eacute; d&rsquo;entrepreneurs ind&eacute;pendants et de dirigeants de PME. Avant d&rsquo;embarquer dans le train, et de se tourner vers les experts et les sp&eacute;cialistes, ils veulent d&rsquo;abord se faire une meilleure id&eacute;e des enjeux, et se dresser un portrait plus global du ph&eacute;nom&egrave;ne, pour ensuite mieux prendre les d&eacute;cisions qui s&rsquo;imposeront.</span></span></span></b></font></p>

M&rsquo;adressant autant au travailleurs autonomes qu&rsquo;aux chefs d&rsquo;entreprises ou d&rsquo;organisations, je d&eacute;cris les nouvelles applications du Web dans un contexte professionnel, qui d&eacute;passe largement l&rsquo;aspect ludique des r&eacute;seaux sociaux. Plusieurs entrepreneurs et de nombreux professionnels exploitent d&eacute;j&agrave; avec succ&egrave;s les possibilit&eacute;s du web collaboratif, en les appliquant pour leur service &agrave; la client&egrave;le ou &agrave; travers leur gestion des ressources humaines. L&rsquo;entrepreneur ou le professionnel qui opte pour une nouvelle strat&eacute;gie ax&eacute;e vers les m&eacute;dias sociaux doit consid&eacute;rer l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une pr&eacute;paration ad&eacute;quate. Puisqu&rsquo;ils savent mieux que quiconque exploiter les nouvelles applications du Web 2.0, placez-les d&egrave;s le d&eacute;part au centre des changements. Tout au long du processus, assurez-vous de consid&eacute;rer leur opinion. Ils constitueront les &eacute;l&eacute;ments cl&eacute; de votre succ&egrave;s dans les m&eacute;dias sociaux. Sur la m&ecirc;me liste, regroupez ensuite le reste de votre personnel selon les g&eacute;n&eacute;rations (X, Y) auxquelles ils appartiennent. Au contraire, j&#39;y consacre autant d&#39;importance que pour chacun des nouveaux outils du Web 2.0. Je dis simplement qu&#39;il faut savoir choisir les m&eacute;dias sociaux qui r&eacute;pondent vraiment aux besoins des entreprises et des professionnels. Et, qu&#39;il n&#39;est pas n&eacute;cessaire d&#39;&ecirc;tre partout &agrave; la fois pour b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier des avantages des nouveaux outils.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Jusqu&#39;&agrave; la sortie de mon ouvrage au d&eacute;but du mois, j&#39;avais volontairement limit&eacute; mon intervention en ligne &agrave; un r&ocirc;le de recherche et d&#39;analyse. Sinon, pour certaines plateformes, pourtant tr&egrave;s populaires comme la blogosph&egrave;re et le micro-blogage, j&#39;ai tout simplement choisi d&#39;emprunter la courbe naturelle d&#39;adoption des m&eacute;dias sociaux.&nbsp;&Eacute;couter d&#39;abord ce qu&#39;il s&#39;y &eacute;change et s&#39;y dit, et relever les meilleures pratiques avant de m&#39;y lancer moi-m&ecirc;me. Consid&eacute;rant qu&#39;un blogue ne doit pas se limiter &agrave; de la plogue, j&#39;ai pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute; attendre d&#39;avoir enfin de la mati&egrave;re (des contenus) pour &eacute;changer et converser sur des sujets d&#39;int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts.&nbsp;</span></span></p>
